Over the past 4 years we've brought talent from across the world to spend a week building with startups and VC firms in Miami. This year we take a whole new approach to the Hack Week experience. This year we're introducing 4 themed Hacker Hubs - collaborative workspaces for Hackers at Hack Week.

The theme is: Technologies Of The Future and our hubs are: AI/ML, VR/AR, Blockchain and HardTech. Learn more about the experience below.

Rules

- Hack Week is a flexible participation style event. You must check-in at Hack Week HQ and participate in Demo Day to qualify for our grand prize. Hackers are welcomed to work from anywhere in Miami including our their assigned workspaces.

Hacker Hubs:
- All participants will be assigned to one hub for the week.
- You can request to change your assigned hub after the kickoff ceremony.
Teams:
- Solo hackers are welcomed to participate! Teams must be capped a 4 members.
- All team members must be in person to participate in the event.
- Teams can be formed before or during the event. Teams must submit under one project on DevPost.
Projects:
- Projects must be showcased at Demo Day to qualify for main prize.
- Projects that violate Code Of Conduct are not allowed.
- Teams can use an idea/project they had before the event.
General Policies
‍-All the Prizes and the Prize categories are decided on the sole discretion of Miami Hack Week and can be modified at any time under requisite circumstances. Organizers are not liable to give any notice for the same.
-Teams can be disqualified from the competition at the organizers' discretion. Reasons might include but are not limited to breaking the Competition Rules, breaking the Code of Conduct, or other unsporting behavior.
